Basic Project Information:

The Ring Road project is a 68km highway that connects several towns in Ekiti State to major infrastructure plans like the Airport and the Ekiti Knowledge Zone. 

• It is also designed to bring traffic from the Agriculture Processing Zone to the major export hubs and city centre. 

• The road design has three toll points and will become the major road artery for passenger and cargo road transport in Ekiti State. It is an essential plan of the state government’s 30-year masterplan. 

• The ring road is not only an investment enabler in terms of infrastructural requirement but a financing project. The project is estimated to cost about 20 billion naira when completed.
