Ekiti State Government, through EKDIPA and the Ado Central Local Council Development Area (LCDA), formalized a tripartite agreement with Metro Shelter Realty Limited (MSR) for the mixed-use development of Tosin Aluko Park in Ado Ekiti. The project is structured as a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project that will transform Tosin Aluko Park into a modern, affordable residential estate complete with a shopping mall and outdoor sports facilities.

The Ekiti State Building Material Market is strategically located along Ado-Ijan Road, a prime area close to key landmarks such as Afe Babalola University, Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti, Ekiti Knowledge Zone and the newly constructed international Cargo Airport.
