Following the construction of an Agro-Allied International Airport in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State; and the need to ensure that there is adequate fuel for aircraft on landing, the Ekiti State Government in partnership with Reeves Energy is currently constructing an Aviation fuel depot at the Ekiti Agro-Allied International Airport. The propose facility  when completed will have 180,000 liters storage for Aviation Fuel and 20,000 litres hydrant tank for a start and with additional room for future expansion.

The Ekiti Central Business District (CBD) project is a flagship urban renewal initiative by the Ekiti State Government in partnership with Axial Nigeria Limited aimed at transforming the Atikankan and Igbeyin areas of Ado-Ekiti from a dilapidated slum into a modern, organized commercial hub. The project will create a vibrant business district featuring modern markets, car parks, pedestrian walkways, and green spaces designed to enhance trade, attract investment, and boost the state’s internally generated revenue.

Ekiti State Government, through EKDIPA and the Ado Central Local Council Development Area (LCDA), formalized a tripartite agreement with Metro Shelter Realty Limited (MSR) for the mixed-use development of Tosin Aluko Park in Ado Ekiti. The project is structured as a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project that will transform Tosin Aluko Park into a modern, affordable residential estate complete with a shopping mall and outdoor sports facilities.

The Ekiti State Government entered into a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) with YSJ Farms Limited, an agro-allied company, to boost food production, create youth employment and promote agribusiness across the state.

The partnership focuses on reviving and modernizing farm settlements in Ekiti through the establishment of Renewed Hope Farm Dormitories and large-scale cultivation projects in multiple local government areas.

The Ekiti State Special Agro-Industrial Processing Zones (SAPZ) is a government-driven initiative with support from African Development Bank aimed at transforming agriculture into a catalyst for industrialization and economic growth. The zone serve as hubs for agricultural production, processing, and value addition, underpinned by modern infrastructure such as power, water, roads, and logistics facilities. They are designed to enhance agricultural productivity, attract investments, create jobs, and bridge economic disparities between rural and urban areas.
